Shipping policy

At bonjourbébé we ship all over Europe. Depending on where you are, the costs and the time it takes to reach your destination may vary.


For deliveries to Austria, Belgium, Germany, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Italy the shipping costs will be free on orders over 59 €. For orders below this amount there will be a charge of 11,90 €.

For deliveries to the Czech Republic, Denmark, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Liechtenstein the shipping costs will always be 14,99 €.


For some products shipping may be free, you will see it on the payment screen. In general, orders under 50 € will have a shipping cost of 3,99 €, if the order is over 50 €, they are free.

The standard delivery time is 24 working days, excluding Saturdays, once the package has left our warehouse*.

Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla or international will be subject to customs and/or import charges additional to the amount of the order and to the shipping costs already applied by Bonjourbébé. Canary Islands (approx.) 18€ DUA + 7% IGIC. Ceuta and Melilla (approx.) 18€ DUA + 7% IPSI clothing. Customers will bear the corresponding customs and/or import costs.

The delivery times we indicate are those generally required by the carrier. Orders received later than 13:00 h, will be shipped the next working day. And orders processed from Friday to Sunday will be shipped on Monday or the next working day. To the delivery time, the time related to product availability, preparation and processing of orders may be added. Shipping costs will not be refunded if there is a longer delivery time than indicated.

For items that are not immediately available, the time of availability of the product in our company will be indicated on the relevant product sheet. To this period must be added the delivery time of the carrier you have selected.

For deliveries to other countries in the world not covered by GLS, please contact our Customer Service.


Upon receipt of your order, it is important that you ensure that your order has not been damaged in transit. This check must be made at the time of delivery, in the presence of the carrier. If the packaging of your order and/or the product(s) have been damaged, note the faults and damage noted on the carrier's delivery note. You can also refuse delivery of the order. This note on the delivery note will be an important proof for Bonjourbébé or the carrier to be able to compensate you (return, exchange).

If you notice these anomalies after unpacking your order, please contact our Customer Service Department within 3 days of delivery via our contact form.


If you receive a product that is incorrect or in poor condition, you can return it to us and we will be responsible for the cost of returning it. If you want to return a product, please email us within 14 days of delivery.

Once you have received our written confirmation, we will collect the product from you, using the usual courier service. You will have to prepare the products in their original packaging and put them in a box and close it, the transport agency will take care of the rest. If you do not indicate otherwise in the mail, the collection will be made at the delivery address.

We will refund the amount of the returned product within a maximum period of 7 days from the arrival of the package. We will not refund if the product has been used, washed or is out of its original packaging.

Refunds are free of charge, but the value of the initial shipping cost will not be refunded.


Once an order has been placed, it can only be cancelled before we dispatch it.
